Stand up paddle board yoga (SUP) In order to participate in this yoga class you must first learn the elements of SUP (you will need to meet with me one half hour before the posted sup yoga time in order to do so). this class is taught at a nearby lake not far from our home studio.  please be sure to provide your email if you are a first-timer at Pose with purpose.  Directions will be provided to you. 

 

I am thrilled to offer non-threatening proper stand up paddle instruction in combination with what you may have enjoyed in studio yoga.  Being outside with nature is a beautiful way to explore your vinyasa.  You need not own a board nor paddle and you need not have experience!
